Barn Rules
1. No smoking anywhere on premises. 2. Junior riders must wear a helmet when mounted. It is recommended that everyone where a helmet. 3. All riders should have hard soled shoes with a heel. 4. Anyone handling a horse must have a signed waiver on file. If a waiver is needed they can be found in the tack room. 5. If you have given permission for anyone else to handle your horse you must do so in writing and provide a copy to barn management. This includes other boarders, farriers, or vets. 6. Orange vests should be worn on the trails during hunting season. 7. If you are going to be out of town please notify barn management and be sure we have an alternate emergency contact. 8. Check the message board in the tack room for announcements. 9. Junior riders must be supervised by a trainer when jumping. Permission may be given for special circumstances by management. 10. Arrangements must be made in advance before any trainer/instructor is allowed on the premises for the purpose of providing professional services. 11. All horses must receive wormer on a regular basis. If a horse is not on a daily wormer you must notify barn management when wormer is administered. 12. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. 13. Parking only permitted in designated areas. 14. Horses must be vaccinated on a regular schedule and management must be provided a copy of a neg. coggins every 12 months.
Barn Hours 7 days a week 8am to 10 pm. If you need access outside of these times arrangements should be made in advance.
Horses are fed at 7 am and 5:30 pm. If your horse is not in it’s paddock at feeding time the bucket will be left outside the gate for you to feed before turning out. |
